Satisfy Your Chocolate Craving
Forget gravity! The most irresistible force in the universe could be chocolate. Lona Sandon, RD, a spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association and an assistant professor in the department of clinical nutrition at the University of Texas Southwestern says, "If you must indulge, choose a small amount of dark chocolate, and take calories out of your diet somewhere else." Another option is to seek out sugar-free chocolates made with artificial sweeteners, or alternatives such as chocolate frozen yogurt.
