When dining out, you can eat less without going home hungry. Order foods that keep your hands busy. Request chopsticks instead of utensils. Assemble fajitas (Mexican) or moo shu pancakes (Chinese). Crack open crab legs. Dip pita and raw veggies into hummus or baba ghanoush (Middle Eastern). (Bonus: Raw veggies take longer to chew.)
