Hoisin sauce, often referred to as "Chinese barbecue sauce," fuels an explosion of flavor from soy sauce, garlic, chili peppers and various spices. Get it in the Asian foods aisle. From eatbetteramerica.

great pork
I have served this to my family, and they loved it. I served it to party of 15, and there were raves. The pork turns out to be even more tender than you would expect, the flavor is more complex than the simple ingredients lead you to believe, it is a snap to clean up (marinate in plastic bag) and mindless to cook (turn on oven, take out when ready). And healthy. Thank you.

Very Good!
The whole family liked this one, even my 2 year old cleaned her plate! Easy to make, just make sure to give yourself enough time to marinate. I will definitely make this one again!

Very good
Sauce turned out very good. Didn't have time to marinate for a full hour, but a 1/2 hour worked just as well. Will definitely make again.
