1/2 cup Yoplait® Fat Free plain yogurt (from 2-lb container)
1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise

1/4 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Few drops red pepper sauce
1/8 teaspoon pepper

1  In small bowl, mix ingredients until blended. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors. Store in refrigerator up to 2 days.

It's the blue veins that run through blue cheese that provide the characteristic flavor—and name. Gorgonzola, Stilton and Roquefort are all varieties of the famous cheese that would be delicious in this classic dressing.

We found that after 2 days, the dressing lost some flavor and texture so try to use it up within that time. If you'd like a smaller amount, go ahead and cut the recipe in half.
