I eat plain yogurt with fruit for lunch @ least 5 times a week
I mix plain non or low fat yogurt with fruit, esp. frozen bluberries, as a mid morning snack or with unsweetened applesauce as a pancake/waffle topping in place of syrup.
on top of cereal and fruit.
I love mine on the savory side ... take plain, non-fat yogurt, add some garlic, lemon juice and nice crispy cukumber slices and a pinch of dried mint. This goes great with salmon!

Sometimes I'll add some Cascadian Farms Granola....Oh, such good stuff!
I love to spread a thin coating on fruit salad-so yummy.
