For recipes, not really.  I just take a recipe and use organic ingredients in it.  For coupons, I have found eBay helpful in finding organic coupons.  Just type "organic coupons" in a search and presto!  Just pay attention to expiration dates and S&H and make sure it's worth it.

I went to a smoothie class last week at a local health food store and learned alot about "raw eating". My doctor has already encouraged me to following the "clean eating program" I have been trying to eat as much organic fruit and veggies as poosible. Right now I am pretty much sticking with different types of fish and I have lost 12 lbs in 8 weeks. I just invested in a Healthmaster blender/emulcifier. It was much more economical then the vita mix and does the same thing. This is what I am doing to get healthier.
