makes:4 servings (3 pancakes each)

2cups Fiber One™ Complete pancake mix (from 28.3-oz box)
1 1/3cups cold water
1/2cup granola cereal
2containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Light Fat Free strawberry yogurt
Additional granola cereal, if desired
1.Heat skillet or griddle over medium-high heat or to 375°F. Grease with vegetable oil or shortening.
2.In medium bowl, stir pancake mix and water with fork or wire whisk until smooth (batter will be thin). Stir in 1/2 cup cereal.
3.For each pancake, pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter into hot greased skillet. Cook until bubbles break on surface and edges just begin to dry. Turn; cook about 1 minute or until bottoms are golden brown.
4.Serve pancakes topped with yogurt and additional cereal.

Pancakes YUM
I know that it is just pancakes but it is so easy to make and it was SO Yummy! Every recipe looks so good it is hard to do just one! LOL
