These were very good! I used applesauce instead of oil. I also forgot to crush the cereal, so they were a little chewy in some spots! I would make them again.

Pretty darn Good!
These were easy to make and actually very good! My "winter blueberries" (I live in the north) carry a little less flavor, so with a more flavorful blueberry these would be excellent!
Very easy to make, but watch the clock - at 400F they can brown too fast.

I made a batch of these muffins and I loved them they were so moist and tasty. My kids (2 and 5) liked them a lot also. I did not substitute anything and they were great. Thanks

My morning Muffins
I just made a batch yesterday. Had my first one over breakfast this morning, with a cup of coffee from Coffee Bean. These are delicious in the simplest way! A great way to start up your day. They will definitely be part of my breakfast routine. What a refreshing break from cereals and oatmeal.

GREAT!
I think these muffins are awesome! They don't have an overpowering bran taste that a lot of 'healthy' muffins have. I did make a couple of adjustments - I used Splenda brown sugar instead of regular and used half all-purpose flour and half-whole wheat flour. I put raspberries in mine. Will definately be making these again!

This recipe needs a bit of tightening up -- I added a small handful of almond slivers and a tablespoon of vanilla extract and a sprinkling of cinnamon. I also added a bit more sugar.
Very tasty recipe -- I have made my fourth batch of these!

A GOOD ONE TO TRY
I loved the not to sweet taste of this muffin.
I used the egg beaters product and the Brown Sugar Spenda because we have a diabetic in the home and want to reduce our sugar intake.
They turned out very well. When I make these again, I will stick to the above substitutions, but will add another. Applesauce instead of oil.
This is a GREAT recipe for people like me that are introducing better nutrition to their families.

Very good but I did miss a little sweeter taste. My blueberries were very large and may have needed a little more sugar.
