Great Waffles!!!!
I made these waffles this morning for my husband and I. I used raspberries instead of blueberries and they were GREAT! I will definately make these again. Maybe with strawberries next time. Yum!

Wonderful
We made half plain and half blueberry waffles and everyone (toddler and preschooler included) loved them! Easy, healthy recipe. Will definitely make again.

my toddler ate these
If you are a busy Mom looking for a way to have your children eat nutritional meals, this is a terrific one! My 2 yr. old ate 2 of these and they took no time to make, no whipped egg whites and everyone loved them. We definitely recommend!

whole grain blueberry waffles
Good waffles! Probably would also be good without the blueberries or with other berries such as raspberries. I used regular oatmeal (not "quick" cooking and it was fine). Will make again and increase the wholewheat flour a bit.

Delicious!
Make these for breakfast- To make the waffles even healthier, I used 2 tablespoons of applesauce instead of the oil, and omitted the egg. They still came out wonderful. Be sure to spray the waffle iron with a non-stick spray!

Very Good!
These waffles tasted fabulous, especially with the blueberries added; I think they would taste good plain as well! Very filling, great taste!

Whole Grain GOOD!
The waffles turned out very good. My husband is a bit picky when it comes to healthier versions of his favorite foods, but this one was definitely a winner. He also found them very filling, so filling in fact he said two were more than enough - my husband is not a 2-waffle man!
