A Hit!
I made them at a party and they were gone extremely fast. The only problem is the fluff is a little messy to work with. But it was worth the fuss.

Whoopie pies
OMG!!! these are sooo good! easy to make and the kids LOVE them. I have read some other reviews about this recipe and the main problem with them is that they are messy. Well, i made a solution to that! Instead of spooning on the marshmallow cream-spoon some into a small ziplock.Cut a small hole at one of the ends to make a pastry bag and squeeze out a dollop in the center. Then place on your top. I also wrapped them each individually with saran wrap because they kept sliding around-which you can see in the picture they do slide. I highly recommend trying these!!!!

You wouldnt know it was lowfat
These were awesome and my family loved them. They were gone in minutes. I ran out of marshmallow creme and filled a couple with whipped topping and they were great too.

This Whoopie Pie recipe is so light and satisfying for a chocoholic! For diabetics try replacing the butter with unsweetened applesauce and the sugar with Splenda. You'll never guess the difference unless you have a chef's palate. These are also delicious with Nutella as the filling!

Whoopie Pies
These were a hit with the kids. I teach a children's cooking class and trying to find a better alternative to the regular cookies, cakes and other desserts I was a bit skeptical but these were a HIT, messy yes but great snack.

Delicious & Easy!
My first batch came out a little lumpy, the second came out very smooth like in the picture.. The second batch, the pan had been in the oven and was already warm, causing the batter to spread evenly. Great tasting, a little messy.. but very good!

Tasty Tidbits
These turned out pretty darn good. I didn't have the same problems of having lumpy cookies. You have to make sure you are using softened butter. I also mixed the dry ingredients to get out any lumps. Another tip I'd give is to kind of flatten the dough down in a round shape before you put them in the oven. Make sure you cook them long enough. I thought my first batch would set up better, but the second batch just needed one more minute to cook. I only got 20 cookies instead of 32. Maybe it meant rounded teaspoons if it wanted to get 32 cookies.

Whoppie Pies
These are very tasty and exceedingly MESSY! Mine do not look at all like the photo.. they came out smaller and lumpy looking.. I was going to put them in a collection of cookies for friends... but the mess factor may have to be considered!

Super Yummy!
These can be quite messy but they are delicious. The only thing I would warn about is the marshmallow fluff has a tendency to melt out of the cookie at room temperatures. I store these guys in the refrigerator and that tends to help and they still taste delicious at the cooler temperatures. I highly recommend this one!
