Triple-Berry Angel Shortcakes

Triple-Berry Angel Shortcakes
Recipe Tip
Angel Cakes
Egg whites used to make Angel Food Cake, provide the protein but don't contain the cholesterol found in egg yolks. That's good news for your heart.
Use the low-cholesterol directions and bake a cake mix in a fluted tube cake pan and use instead of the angel food cake mix.
