chocolate chip sink
I somewhat solved the issue of the chips sinking and burning while baking...I sprinkled them on just before I put the cake into the oven..some did reach the bottom, but most stayed up...and none burned...I used a glass loaf pan...and baked at 325 degrees using my convection oven for 40 minutes....very tasty....
